All Of The Pretty From Last Night’s AMAs Red Carpet

Last night’s American Music Awards sort of made us miss award shows. Taylor Swift performed “Blank Space” for the first time (prompting countless sofa sing-alongs), Selena Gomez crooned a ballad that was clearly directed at ex-beau Justin Bieber, and Jennifer Lopez showed up looking better than pretty much everyone half her age.

It was the right amount of tabloid fodder and celebrity eye candy to make us actually excited for the Golden Globes — until, of course, the SAG Awards roll around, and we’re all tired of seeing Jennifer Lawrence trip and fall for the millionth time.

The beauty on the red carpet, we should note, was also pretty excellent. There was a T. Swift sans red lips, a fresh-faced Kendall Jenner, and the biggest, baddest hair ever on newcomer Zendaya — not to mention Lorde's lipstick smear heard 'round the world. Clean Cut

Today’s look is what I wore for an art exhibit some days ago… as you know Art Basel 2014 was one of the biggest events in the Miami Calendar and lucky for me; it was hosted just a couple of blocks away from my home!

Who says capes are to be worn with pants? I paired up this amazing black piece with a Subtle printed skirt and silver accents. Love the contrast these shades have when combined with one and other… The cut on the cape ad skirt compliment each other quite well. Try something like this for  a mid-season cocktail party or end of the year event!

Tory Burch Robinson Hand Bag

The Tory Burch Robinson Open Dome Satchel is my newest, MOST FAVORITE BAG OF ALLLLL TIME.  Probably the nicest bag I have ever owned as well.  It has all sorts of organization built right in and is just too awesome.  It technically may not fit into December Beauty because it isn’t makeup, but it is beautiful! 

There is a center pouch that zips with sections on each of the sides being their own compartments.  There are also little side pockets to hold my cell phone and maybe a pack of gum or something.  IDK!  I love it.  It is amazing.  There is also zippers on each of the sides to expand the center if you choose to.
My favorite song of the moment is Bruno Mars Uptown Funk.  I actually think the song is Mark Ronson, but it is all Bruno so it is his.  I said so.
